Farm Fresh To You (FFTY) Driver App

This application is designed for drivers who deliver for the fieldTRUE family of brands, which includes Farm Fresh To You. If you are interested in joining our driver team or are new to it, please refrain from downloading the app until you have received your Driver Log-in Credentials.

Upon becoming a team member, this user-friendly delivery tool assists drivers in delivering fresh organic produce and groceries to communities in California and Reno, Nevada.

• Intelligent Routing: Our AI routing system ensures efficient driving routes to optimize delivery completion.
• Job Selection: Choose from available delivery jobs in your area.
• Mapping Preferences: Select your preferred map application for turn-by-turn directions to your next destination stop. Farm Fresh To You Driver supports Apple Maps, Google Maps, and Waze. Please ensure Google Maps and/or Waze are installed on your device before launching the Farm Fresh To You Driver app.
• Route Overview: Easily navigate through your route stops and view the number of stops within a delivery route.
• Problem Management: Report any issues with a delivery stop or item directly from the app, including the ability to capture photos and provide problem descriptions.
• Pausing: Press the pause button if you encounter issues with your vehicle or route or simply need to take a break, allowing you to hold your place in the current route.
• Delivery Verification: Utilize barcode scanning, customer signatures, and delivery photos to ensure successful package deliveries.
• In-App Messaging: Easily communicate with your dispatch coordinator regarding any problems, questions or concerns.
• Announcements: Stay informed about special announcements that drivers need to be aware of.
• App Interface Colors: Choose between Light or Dark Mode to enhance screen readability whether day or night.
